The Bristol Royale is conveniently located off of exit 3 on the Virginia side of Bristol. About 9 miles from the iconic Bristol Motor Speedway, the area is home to large racing events every year. Additionally, Rhythm and Roots, a 3 day music festival is hosted in Bristol. The Tri-Cities airport is 24 minutes from the property, set in a peaceful neighborhood.
The property has a garage and front door entry with a few steps as well as a handrail. The property is equipped with a keypad lock, so guests have convenient access to enter the property.
FIRST FLOOR
Inside, you will find a comfortable den, as well as a pool table with 65" Roku TV. The den also features a 65" TV, and spacious seating, as well as access to the patio.
DINING + KITCHEN
The wood dining table seats 8, with a breakfast nook seating 4. The kitchen features a Thermador stove and griddle, and ample kitchen appliance are available. Some coffee products are provided as well.
MASTER SUITE
The spacious master bedroom has a new Tuft and Needle mattress, as well as quality furniture from Restoration Hardware. The master bath features two sinks, a shower, and tub.
FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS
Three additional bedrooms are located down the hall on the first floor with access to two bathrooms in the same hall. New Tuft and Needle queen size mattresses are in two of the bedrooms, while the bunk room has full and twin beds.
LOWER LEVEL
Downstairs, there is an additional full sized bed with catnapper sleeper couch, bedroom, and family room. In the family room, there is a game table, Pac Man, 55" TV, and large leather sofa.
