How do I get into the house?
Smart lock code will be text to you the day before arrival and will be active from 3:00 PM on arrival date until 12:00 PM on departure date. Enter code and wait on blue check mark on bottom left of keypad to appear. To lock when leaving just touch the bottom right lock icon on key pad and it will show a check mark once locked. Do not hold handle when opening or closing.
Can I park in the garage?
Garage should be used for cars only. No truck or SUV's can enter garage due to low clearance. Garage door also swings out when opening so be certain to park at least 5 feet away from door and be aware of anyone standing near door when opening or closing. With 2 cars parked in the garage, our driveway can handle 8 more vehicles.

How do I get to the patio?
There are two large sliding patio doors to exit/enter through the den once you have entered the front door after checking in. The door near the downstairs steps is a little difficult to open but it does slide open with a little effort. If using screen doors please be careful not to walk through them while closed as they can be difficult to see.

Are there pool table rules?
The pool table was offset toward one wall to allow full viewing of the TV through the entire dining room and bar area so there are some shorter sticks to use on shots that require it. Please do not move the pool table. Also, please be aware of the TV too on certain shots.

How do I use the cooktop?
The Thermador cooktop is located on an island in the middle of the kitchen. Please be careful when using that no one touches if hot. People like to congregate around that area and may not be aware that it was on.

How do I use the grill?
The Blackstone griddle should be covered when not in use. Be sure the gas is turned on before lighting. Push the igniter then turn one of the front control knobs to start the griddle. Repeat for the other two control knobs if needed. The spatula and tongs for the grill are in the front basket on the griddle and the cleaning supplies to clean the grill after using is on the shelf below the cooktop. Please follow instructions on cleaning when finished using. Turn propane tank valve off when done. There is an extra propane tank in garage.
How do I use the hot tub?
The hot tub should be covered when not in use. The cover requires two people to lift up and slide back to remove. The temperature is set on 104 and if adjusted please return back to 104 when finished. There is a blue tooth speaker control on the hot tube control screen. There are also two pump controls, lights and temp. adjustment buttons. Please turn off pumps, lights and set temp to 104 when done. Do not sit or stand on hot tube cover.
How do I use the fire pit table?
The fire pit table should be covered when you arrive. Please remove cover, fold and store in the storage cabinet while there. The center plate lifts off the table. Pull out the side section under the table that has a knob at the top. It is the section furthest from the hot tube. Turn on propane gas tank. The control knobs to operate the fire pit is to the right of the propane tank under the table. Push and turn knob to the left while pushing the igniter button. Once lit you can adjust the height of the flame by adjusting the control knob. Once finished please turn control knob to off position and turn off propane tank valve. There is an extra propane tank in the garage.
How do I turn on the Pacman game?
The Pacman/Galaga arcade console in the basement can be turned on by reaching under the left front side and flipping the switch. The seat closest to the door controls the games and players. Turn game off when leaving.
How do I use the TVs?
All 3 TV's have RoKu TV built in and we have subscribed to YouTube TV as well. Each TV has a single remote and they are very user friendly. A DVD player is connected to the basement TV and has a separate remote. Feel free to use any of your private accounts to view Netflix, Hulu, etc.
An Alexa Echo Show is in the den near the Bristol Royale welcome book, guest registry and Wi-Fi network/password details.
What should I set the thermostat to?
Please set both thermostat's (kitchen & bedroom hall) to 75 in the summer and 65 in the winter when you are checking out.
